Ask about your locationBuilding on the Coast
Every home we build follows the Florida Building Code, which sets wind-load requirements for coastal construction. In Miami-Dade and Broward counties, the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules add stricter requirements for impact-rated windows, doors and roofing. Many coastal lots also sit in FEMA flood zones that shape elevation and foundation design, so we account for them from the first plan.
From Brevard to Miami-Dade, each county and city runs its own building department, and many communities add HOA or architectural review. We handle permitting and preconstruction for you, so the schedule and the site are ready before construction begins.
We build on private land as well as within established home communities. If you already own a lot, we’ll review the site, survey and any community guidelines with you and design the home around them.
Consultation, design, permitting, construction and the final walkthrough are handled by one team with clear communication and detailed timelines, whether your home is in Melbourne, Jupiter or Miami. See the work in our portfolio, or read how we build in Port St. Lucie and Melbourne.
